Vil-la, Your Property Manager in Menorca

Our company originates from my father Ramón Vilasanchez’s personal project. In 1992, he registered with the College of Property Administrators of the Balearic Islands, and with his dedication and passion, he discovered a very complex but rewarding professional field: solving the everyday problems of Menorcan society by managing their properties.

This personal project gradually grew to become a benchmark in its sector. Later, I joined the family business, gaining experience alongside him and contributing my knowledge as a member of the college to the administration of properties. From that moment on, I took the reins of the project and evolved it to the present day.

Today, the company continues to be a reference in the sector and continues to work for the well-being of homeowners in Menorca. We have an internal permanent staff and various external collaborators, enabling us to tackle current and future challenges.

Fran Vilasánchez

Economist and Chartered Property Administrator, he is the project director. A family project that has evolved over time to become a benchmark on the island. With over 15 years of experience in the sector, he organizes the strategic planning of communities. Passionate about technology, he constantly seeks and studies how to evolve the profession.

Ester Sorlí

Managing the daily operations of the office, ensuring its smooth functioning.

Handling and managing emails, responding to inquiries, requests, and communications to ensure smooth and professional communication.

Organizing and structuring tasks, establishing priorities and deadlines to guarantee optimal execution.

Laura González

Reception and customer service, providing personalized assistance. Manages incidents individually, distributing them to the appropriate contractors, ensuring an appropriate response.
