Economic Management

Economic planning is the driving force of a community. We prepare detailed budgets, balances, and annual accounts, review budgets, manage collections and payments, and handle outstanding balance claims or defaults. We take care of the economic management.

The paperwork, that thankless yet necessary task. We take care of it: drafting notices and minutes, attending homeowners’ meetings, preparing and keeping legal and accounting documents, as well as general advice on community issues, are part of our daily work.
